It’s a no-go for a pair of conditional use permits to build solar power facilities in Gloucester County. The Gazette-Journal reports the Board of Supervisors voted 4-2 not to grant the permits following a public hearing where many spoke against the 2 projects. The project developer spoke at the meeting explaining the community would see lower power bills after the facilities come online. It’s not clear if the developer will again try to obtain the permits.
