The Kinsale Volunteer Fire Department has a new piece of equipment in the station. According to Westnoreland News a new fire engine was delivered last month and officially dedicated on July 3 to former Fire Chief Tommy Lewis who retired after 5 decades of service. The truck designated as Rescue Engine 3 made its first call the day after delivery and appeared in the Sandy Point Independence Day parade.
