Middlesex County residents will have a chance to sound off about the county adopting a number of ordinances. The Southside Sentinel reports a public hearing will take place at today’s Board of Supervisors’ meeting and will start at 7:00 p.m. The Board will hear comments on having the county adopting a cigarette tax, joining the regional Chesapeake Bay Cigarette Tax Board which administers and collect the tax for a 5% administrative cost and receive comments on several solar power ordinances.
