Northern Neck Electric Cooperative’s board vice chair is also the chair the Board of Directors of the Virginia, Maryland & Delaware Association of Electric Cooperatives. Rusty Brown was elected to the role on Monday at the association’s annual meeting. Brown says he is looking forward to working with the board and continuing the association’s mission of serving members by providing safe, reliable, affordable electricity and other necessary services for rural communities.
