Those using the Robert O. Norris Bridge on Tuesday will not have to endure one more day of lengthy backups as Dominion Energy crews do not have to return for finishing tasks on the work that took place last week. According the DOT work crews will be back out the first week of August between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. each day and that will mean single lane traffic will be in effect.
