The Town of Kilmarnock has a new Economic Development Coordinator. Sharon Phillips comes to the town with years of experience in Business Development and Municipal knowledge. According to Town Manager Susan Cockrell Phillips’s skills and personality will help establish relationships in the Kilmarnock Business District and her knowledge and skills will be great attributes. Cockrell says they look forward to introducing Phillips to the business community.
