An investigation is underway on a report a man approached a 12-year-old boy on Tuesday at Taber Park in Urbanna seeking sex. According to the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office the boy rode away after the incident. The suspect is described as black around 5-10 and heavy set with a bald head.
