The Sea Scouts have a new chapter in Deltaville. Skipper Mark Bellino tells the Gazette Journal Scouts are automatically accepted for membership in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and have opportunities to become officers. They will learn how to navigate, handle a boat and be trained on damage control procedures.
