The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles is offering a new service to those needing a title from a private vehicle sale. Starting Monday the DMV will begin drop-off service for title applications not processed by a registered dealer. Officials say by offering this service it will make more appointments available for other customers. Drop-off service title applications are to be completed within 5 business days. The new title can be mailed or picked up.
