Busineses in the Town of Kilmarnock take the top spot in more than 15 categories in this year’s Best of the Rivah Contest. 9 of the winners were in the food and restaurant categories while the rest covered wine, beer, clothing and jewelry. The town also won the Best Main St. category. This is the 6th year The Rivah Visitor’s Guide has held the contest which is voted on by visitors to their website.
