LaForge Murder Suspect Takes Plea Deal

A Lancaster County man accused of killing a man after the victim left work in Burgess takes a plea deal. According to the Rappahannock Record Jacob Michael Monday pleaded guilty to three felonies for second degree murder, concealment of a dead body and using a firearm in the commission of a felony in the 2019 death of David LaForge. One felony charge was dismissed. Sentencing is scheduled for December 10.
