Artist Doug Mock wins Best in Show at the Virginia Watercolor Society’s Regional Exhibition at held at RAL Art Center in Kilmarnock. The Society’s exhibition entitled “Summer of Color” was held in partnership with The Bay School in Mathews and Arts on Main in Gloucester. , Virginia. Kay Van Dyke judged the RAL show and awarded artist Doug Mock’s watercolor titled “Before the Rush” with top honors.
