“Music by the River” continues Saturday at Belle Isle State Park in Lancaster. The Rappahannock Record reports the featured performer is the group “Out on a Limb” playing acoustic folk, country and rock. Members are Chris Stanley, Jane Duff Cooper and Tommy Hughes.
