The Town of Urbanna selects a winner for the August “Yard of the Month” award. The Southside Sentinel reports the Paynes of Rappahannock Avenue are the winners and it was presented by Town Councilor Marjorie Austin. The Paynes were presented a print of a John Mitchell map, 2 gift cards and a historical book on the town. Councilor Austin spearheaded the Yard of the Month program’s return.
