VCCS Orders Students & Teachers To Wear Masks

When Rappahannock Community College starts its fall semester on Aug. 30 both students and instructors will likely be wearing masks while indoors. The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports that directive was made by the Virginia Community College System which is following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Preventions. System officials say RCC and the other 22 community colleges have shown substantial or high COVID-19 transmission rates. Colleges have the dreedom to decide when to implement the directive.
