Donations are now being collected to help the congreation of a King and Queen County church rebuild after a fire last month destroyed their building. Officials say more than 3 dozen firefighters responded to the Lower King and Queen Baptist Church on Timber Branch Road in Dragonsville. Investigators are determining the fire’s cause. Rev. Terry Morrison tells the Southisde Sentinel they did have insurance but it’s not clear how much of the rebuilding costs will be covered.
