An erratic driver pulled over in Westmoreland County is now facing a felony charge. Police say they were notified the driver was on Route 3 near the town of Montross and when they stopped the car a records check revealed it had been stolen out of New Jersey. The investigation also found the driver who is from Kentucky was also in possession of heroin. The individual is being held without bond.
