The Town of Irvington is conducting a search for a new town attorney. The Rappahannock Record reports the town’s Human Resources Committee Chairman Dudley Patteson outlined the position requirements at a recent town council meeting. Those include the ability to conduct governance workshops, provide orientation and training of town officers and council and conduct Freedom of Information Act training. The attorney is also required to attend public meetings.
