Three new members have been appointed to Rappahannock Community College’s local board. The board consists of 12 members, each appointed by the Board of Supervisors in one of the 12 counties in RCC’s service region. Stanley S. Clarke was appointed by the Essex County Board of Supervisors. Richard W. Gouldin, Jr. was appointed to a by the Richmond County Board of Supervisors and Dr. Andrea Perseghinwas appointed by the King William County Board of Supervisors. Each will serve a 4-year term.
