The Northumberland Public Library is participating in an educational exhibition that presents the history of the September 11 terrorist attacks through the personal stories of those who witnessed and survived the attacks. Library director Jane Blue tells the Rappahannock Record they are thrilled to provide the exhibit entitled “September 11, 2001 The Day That Changed the World”.It is produced by the 9/11 Memorial & Museum and will be on display during regular hours through September 30.
