RAL Art Center in Kilmarnock debuts its Labor Day art show today. Center Board of Directors President Barbara Kershner tells the Rappahannock Record the show is judged by Robin Cawspari who has taught classes at the center. Visitors will be able to vote for their favorite piece and the Viewer’s Choice Award will be presented Sept. 18. The center will be open this coming Sunday and Monday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
