If you’re interested in learning the history of the Navy Base at Dalhgren you’ll want to register for Rappahannock Community College’s Rappahannock Institute for Lifelong Learning class entitled “The Navy Comes to Dahlgren” starting September 21. The 3-session class will be held at RCC’s Warsaw campus and simultaneously online. It provides a brief history of the Navy laboratory system and the establishment of the Naval Proving Ground in Dahlgren. The course is $35 and registration is at rappahannock.edu/rill
