The search is over for the more-than-130-year-old time capsule believed to have been buried in the base of the former Robert E. Lee memorial in Richmond. On Friday crews began replacing the stones that were moved in order to find the 1887 time capsule which according to historians was referenced in a newspaper article from that year. A new time capsule is to be placed in the base with nearly 40 items.
