Town of Warsaw officials announce The Bounds is now officially open to the public. Since it is a brand new park crews are still working on the final details and within the next 2 to 3 months you’ll find a 3rd fountain will be put into service and the Route 360 parking lot will be paved. There are also plans to install decorative lighting in the months ahead.
