A heads up if you use the Park & Ride commuter lot in Essex County at Route 17 and Rt. 754 (Belle Meade Road). The DOT announced that starting Wednesday the lot will close through late November for reconstruction. The project will regrade the existing gravel lot, and will add new pavement, lighting, and signs. Crews will also be out this week on several county roads to refresh pavement markings.
