A reminder that the Lancaster by the Bay Chamber Of Commerce is holding the annual “Kandy for Kids” on Main Street in Kilmarnock on Saturday from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. It provides a safe place for children to trick or treat and traditionally draws wonderfully costumed families for a fun time. The business community is encouraged to help by bringing goodies to hand out to the children. Trick-or-treating in Kilmarnock is allowed on Halloween for those 12 and under.
