Town of Kilmarnock officials announce that town-wide “Trick or Treating” is allowed only on Sunday, October 31. Per the Town’s ordinances, only children 12 years of age and under are permitted to engage in trick or treating activities. However, this does not prohibit any parent or guardian from accompanying their children. All trick or treating activities are to be concluded by 9:00 p.m.
