The Lancaster Commmunity Library lottery is underway. According to the Rappahannock Record small prize drawings will be held October 26 and November 23. The grand prize drawing will be held December 18 with $10,000 at stake. First prize is $2,000; and second prize is $1,000. Tickets are $100.
