The Lancaster County Board of Supervisors approves a zoning change request for 3 parcels on Johns Neck Road both in Weems. The Rappahannock Record reports the property was zoned as industrial and the owner asked for a change to residential zoning. The County Planning Commission sent the request to the Board of Supervisors with no recommendation. The zoning change comes with a condition that any owner cannot object to operations at the nearby Kellum Seafood facility.
