The DOT is continuing to inspect the Robert O. Norris Bridge begins so Route 3 travelers can expect brief delays crossing the bridge over the Rappahannock River between Lancaster and Middlesex Counties. Inspection work takes place between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. and during those times a portion of the bridge will be reduced to a single travel lane. Automated flagging devices will direct traffic through the work zone.
