Northam Won’t Reimplement Relaxed Hospital Regulations

Governor Ralph Northam is rejecting calls from the commonwealh’s hospitals to loosen restrictions because of the increase in COVID-19 hospitalizations. The governor was asked to reimplement the relaxed regulatory laws that were part of the state of emergency declaration but he says to do that a new state of emergency would be required.
