A Northumberland County one-car crash takes the life of the driver. Police say Heather A. Schaberg was traveling north on Hacks Neck Road when her car ran off the highway to the right. struck a culvert and crossed Wicomico Point Road. The car then struck a tree. Schaberg who is a Northumberland resident died at the scene. She was not wearing a seatbelt. Investigators say excessive speed may have been a factor.
