Rappahannock Community College’s Educational Foundation awards nearly $400,000 in scholarships to over 290 students for the 2021-2022 academic year. The scholships were handed out at the annual President’s Scholarship Recognition Program and Reception at the RCC Glenns campus on October 12. Keynote speaker Avis Hackett-Fortune, Class of 2019, provided inspirational words to the students on perseverance. The event ended with a thank you video from the scholarship recipients to donors.
