Virginia Department of Transportation crews will be out all week on Route 3 between the Richmond County line to Route 722 also called Clark Road for milling and paving work. Hours are 7:00 a.m.until 7:00 p.m. and there will be single lane closures. On Thursday the DOT will be repairing a pipe under the road way on East Church Street near Kilmarnock Baptist Church from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. A detour route will be posted. All work is weather permitting.
