White Stone Town Council Approves Trick-Or-Treating Guidelines

The White Stone Town Council lays out the guidelines for Halloween trick-or-treating this year. According to the Rappahannock Record the council voted unanimously to allow trick-or-treating on Sunday, October 31 for children ages 12 and younger. Kids should trick-or-treat within town limits beginning around dusk but no later than 9:00 p.m. The council also unanimously voted to get hiliday decorations for the Village Green on Rappahannock Drive with a limit of $3,500.
