The Lancaster by the Bay Chamber of Commerce announced that Reverend Dr. Tyron D. Williams will be the Grand Marshal of this year’s Christmas Parade . Reverend Williams is pastor of Mt. Olive Baptist Church and also serves as president of the Northumberland chapter of the NAACP, the chairman of the Community Liaison and Advocacy Council in Northumberland County and a member of the LEAD Northern Neck steering committee. The Parade is on December 10th along Kilmarnock’s Main Street
