A suspect is identified in a Westmoreland County shooting where bullets struck an unoccupied school bus. According to Westmoreland News the shooter is Rayqwan Ball of Lancaster who is charged with maliciously shooting at an occupied vehicle, maliciously shooting into an occupied building, three counts of malicious shooting, reckless handling as well as five counts of destruction of property. 4 other vehicles were damaged by gunfire, Investigators say there may be more arrests.
