You’ve heard the old question “what’s in a name” – for Gloucester County the name is now part of a like-named community group throughout the U.S. and abroad. According to a news release the county is now a member of the “Gloucester Collaboration” which is being initially formed with Gloucester, England . Officials say the goal is to provide cultural and educational exchanges to facilitate opportunities for government diplomacy and citizen connections. 11 other Gloucester communities in five different countries may also participate.
