The application deadline to participate in this year’s Kilmarnock Lighted Christmas Parade is this Saturday at 5:00 p.m. Applications are available for download at lancasterva.com. The them for this year’s parade which is sponsored by the Lancaster By The Bay Chamber of Commerce is “Peace on Earth”. It will head down Main Street on Dec. 10 starting at 7:00 p.m. Santa Claus will be available for a pre parade visit at the Kilmarnock Fire House.
