With just weeks to go in his term Gov. Ralph Northam is in Europe leading a delegation to market the commonwealth as a place to locate businesses. The group will visit Belgium, Spain, and Germany, and participate in 20 meetings over the course of the mission including a pair of business roundtable sessions. Northam will also visit the Basque Country of Spain which signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Virginia to develop and implement renewal energy technologies.
