Retired TOPGUN Instructor Speaking At VAHS Luncheon

A former U.S. Navy Fighter Tactics program instructor is the featured guest of the Middle Peninsula-Northern Neck chapter of the Virginia Aeronautical Historical Society’s monthly luncheon on Thursday, According to the Gazette-Journal Jim Ruliffson was one of the first 4 pilots to join the TOPGUN program and became Commanding Officer in 1975. The luncheon is 11:30 a.m. at the Pilot House Restaurant in Topping. Everyone interested in aviation is invited to attend.
