A man is rescued from the Rappahannock River after his truck went down an embankment near the R.O. Norris Bridge. Virginia State Police it happened Wednesday morning and the driver was found standing on top of his vehicle. He was not injured. Investigators say a medical issue may have led up to the crash. All lanes on Route 3 were closed as the truck was pulled from the water.
