A woman is taken into custody from an incident that happened last Thursday in Gloucester. Police say they received a report of a woman behaving erratically and found her near the intersection of Village Green Drive and Fiddlers Green Road where she was waving knives. Authorities tried for about an hour to get the woman to surrender but when she got more aggressive officers employed non-lethal means to subdue her.
