The 125th Tidewater Foundation Holly Ball takes place Dec. 28 at the Indian Creek Yacht and Country Club beginning at 7:00 p.m. According to the Southside Sentinel Queen Elizabeth Anne Kellum is preparing to preside over one of the area’s oldest Yuletide events. This year’s event will have 29 debutantes. The Ball will be open to fully vaccinated guests and guests with a negative COVID-19 test 72 hours before the ball.
