4 People Killed In Thanksgiving Weekend Accidents

Virginia State Police report there were 4 fatal crashes during the five-day Thanksgiving holiday period which is the lowest number of deaths in more than a decade. One incident involved a pedestrian while one person was not wearing their seatbelt. State Police Superintendent Col. Gary T. Settle says the number of tickets for reckless driving and seatbelts were down compared to last year even though they know more people were on the roads.
