The Bay Center in Kilmarnock will continue to offer a grief support program in 2022 with assistance from the Robert B. Lantz Foundation. Executive director Ann DeMuth tells the Rappahannock Record participants learn about the grieving process and develop strategies for coping so they can integrate this change in their lives. The session in Kilmarnock begins January 11 at the Northern Neck Family YMCA from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
