Virginia gas prices continue to slowly drop according to price tracking website GasBuddy. It reports the average price for a gallon of regular in Virginia is nearly 3 cents lower at $3.22/gallon. That’s 8 cents a gallon lower than a month ago but still $1.14/gallon higher than a year ago. The national average price of gasoline fell over 5 cents a gallon to $3.37. That’s nearly a buck-twenty more than in 2020.
