The Lancaster County Board of Supervisors passes a resolution affirming the First Amendment rights under the federal and state constitutions. According to News on the Neck the resolution says the board fully affirms and will uphold to the full extent the powers vested in its constitutional rights. The move follows a similar one in Westmoreland County a few months ago. The resolution was unanimously approved.
