A Lancaster County man accused of killing a man after the victim left work in Burgess will be in jail for more than 20 years. According to the Rappahannock Record Jacob Michael Monday pleaded guilty to three felonies for second degree murder, concealment of a dead body and using a firearm in the commission of a felony in the 2019 death of David LaForge. Monday also will serve 6 months on a separate incident.
