Town of Warsaw officials announce additional projects at The Bounds are now completed. Lighting is now operational at all 3 fountains and the property’s irrigation system is now installed. Crews continue to work on installing decorative lighting throughout the park. Officials are using funding from the American Rescue Plan Act to pay for the projects which also include paving the Route 360 parking lot. The Bounds opened in early September.
